To enrol in any accredited training provided by Arthritis & Osteoporosis Tasmania (RTO Provider 60108) you will need to complete the secure online enrolment form below:

This form will require you to have access to the following:
1. Your Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you do not have a USI, you can register online with the Australian Government to obtain one. The process is free, confidential and quick. If you don't have a USI you will not receive your qualification or statement of attainment. You can create a USI here: http://www.usi.gov.au/students/Pages/default.aspx.
